SUMMARY
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing, reporting and providing guidance on multiple projects for the Consumer Lending business. This candidate must be able to communicate and work in a professional manner, become knowledgeable about the company's products and services, work independently, and able to handle multiple projects at a given time. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Visio is required. 



RESPONSIBILITIES
1.  Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
2.  Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3.  Develop project scopes and objectives, involve stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
4.  Ensure resource availability and allocation
5.  Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
6.  Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs 
7.  Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
8.  Report and escalate problems to management as needed
9.  Perform risk management to minimize project risks
10. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
12. Planning, organizing, and coordinating of work requirements


Required Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS


· PMP Certification is a requirement


· 2+ years of experience in managing projects for organizations within the financial services industry


· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and verbal/written communication expertise


· Ability to compose written memoranda, letters, and report drafts in addition to solid proofreading skills


· Expertise in use of MS Office Applications: Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio


· Ability to organize materials, create professional documents and develop and edit presentations.


· Ability to interact effectively with business leaders


· Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills


· Ability to assist staff in staying organized and meeting all relevant deadlines


· Ability to work independently and with team members based in remote locations


· BS in related field OR 5 years’ experience managing projects in financial services organizations
