Head, Digital Marketing

Fast Growing Fintech specializing in working capital & merchant cash advances for Small Businesses Market seeks a Head of Digital Marketing.  High growth has created the need for this new position responsible for the overall success of their Digital Marketing program, focused Paid Search/Media and Programmatic. This will include product innovation, process optimization and execution. From there, this person will execute upon the strategic vision and provide analysis. This individual will be working with both in-house resources as well as external agencies and third party data vendors as we seek continual growth across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

    •  Create a strategic vision and roadmap for growth

    • Developing marketing plans and budgets.

    • Manage PPC campaigns across Google, Bing and other search engines

    • Execute upon that roadmap in a manner that meets or exceeds the goals outlined

    • Provide detailed analysis as to how we can continue to expand and grow

    • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions

    • Develop regular reporting on metrics and provide ongoing recommendations based on data

    • Collaborate with different teams and drive all aspects of SEM and PPC; clearly communicate goals and areas of opportunity to management

    • Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media

    • Hire and manage staff

Requirements / Qualifications:

    •  Bachelors Degree

    •  5-7 years of experience working in the digital marketing field

    • Background or exposure to Risk based marketing is a plus

    • Management of large scale PPC/SEM campaigns is a must

    • SEO and Programmatic experience is a huge plus

    • Demonstrated experience with analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Excel

  • Critical-thinking skills and the ability to identify trends in the data and come up with key takeaways and recommendations
