SUMMARY


The Manager of Web Analytics will lead the organization in the areas of Web Strategy, Brand, Marketing, and Servicing by leveraging web analytics to improve customers’ online experience and provide insight into the customer journey. This requires deep experience in web-based analytics and the ability to provide guidance and strategic recommendations to internal departments and teams based on analysis and trending of site data.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES


· Provide strategic guidance to business units in online methods and practices


· Deliver insightful analytics to drive business and improve marketing ROI


· Develop, build and manage a suite of reports to meet  business needs of various stakeholders  


· Work with technology team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and implement enhancements


· Proactively help determine which information is necessary and how information should be presented


· Contribute to tagging and variable capture requirements for new and changing pages


· Create statistically sound A/B and holdout tests on various parts of the website to improve site experience


· Monitor all tests, ensuring for clear controls and no site breakages


· Create executive level presentations with structured format to share results


Required Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS


· 7-10 years’ experience in quantitative analysis and 5+ years in web analytics


· In-depth expertise with Adobe's Suite, including SiteCatalyst


· Experience in pathing analysis, user behavior, waterfall/fallout analysis and site testing


· Thorough understanding of Tag Management tools, tagging requirements and its usage and capabilities


· Experience with site QA, and CX tools, Sprinklr, Opinion lab, Qualtrics, Optimizely, social media tools


· Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint


· Demonstrated leadership skills and able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment


· Ability to create and maintain effective business partnerships


· Excellent project management skills


· Ability present complicated analytics in a clear, concise manner to a variety of audiences


· BS in Statistics, Economics, Finance Marketing, or a related technical field


 


PREFERRED SKILLS


· Knowledge of Agile development principles a plus


· Knowledge and use of statistical tools such as: SAS/SQL is a plus
