SUMMARY


The Marketing Analytics Manager will provide strategic direction, customer analysis, segmentation and executive reporting and play a key role interacting across multiple business units, (Credit, Marketing, IT, Operations, Sr. Management). 


This role functions as the subject matter expert responsible for providing insight into the current processes and creating data-driven recommendations for innovation and improvement. As part of the Marketing Analytics Team, develop and maintain a scalable analytic infrastructure to deliver timely analysis and measurement of marketing efforts.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES


· Develop and maintain analytics around the path customers take within the conversion process


· Interpret the data and analyses and present in a way senior management can take action on


· Create and report on interactions throughout the customer application process


· Analyze post-application processes, creating success metrics and baselines


· Provide leadership and direction around the data warehouse operations


· Work with internal clients to understand the drivers for specific business units


· Identify prospect and customer behavior patterns and trends over time


· Build knowledge base around cross-product relationships


· Provide key strategic input to management around channel tactics and initiatives


Required Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS


· 5 years of quantitative marketing analysis experience in large data warehouse environment


· 3 years of hands-on SQL and  SAS experience


· 2 years in leading and developing large scale marketing analytic efforts


· Proficiency with MS Office suite of software


· Develop SME level knowledge of all  data sources


· Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Sciences, Engineering)


· Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing for data and analytic functions


· Provide insights and trends from analysis that result in strategic recommendations


· Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and changing environment
