 PPC Senior Manager needed for rapidly growing B2C Ecommerce Company. This is a full time perm position with OUTSTANDING benefits. Must have strong PPC/Google Adwords experience along with managing budgets of $1M + for PPC.

Role Description: Online Marketing Manager-Paid Search (PPC)

The Online Marketing Manager-Paid Search (PPC) position is a hands-on management position responsible for all online advertising and acquisition campaigns.  This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with excellent business acumen, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.  Responsibilities include leading in-house PPC team, acting as liaison with all 3rd-party partners and accountability for overall online advertising strategy and performance. The PPC Manager will report directly to the Director, Marketing & Analytics.

Role Responsibilities:

·         Create strategy to optimize paid search and display campaigns

·         Manage bidding and ad budgets in line with overall strategy

·         Create and execute on new innovative campaigns and analyze and optimize existing                 campaigns

·         Actively manage paid search and social ad accounts to ensure optimal account                         performance on an ongoing basis

·         Changing bids and bid strategy with the seasons, keyword expansion, bid optimization,             ad text optimization, reviewing costly keywords and evaluating negative keywords.

·         Engage with technology and tools required to fuel paid search and website conversion               success

·         Recommend / create new or more targeted landing pages to improve conversion

·         Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, competition and related industry           segments for use in ad strategy.  Develop action plans to stay ahead of competition.

·         Coordinate and lead status meetings with Reps from advertising channels and 3rd-party             partners

·         Produce and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly results-driven reports to senior                 management including transparency of the team’s tasks and projects.

·         Monitor PPC advertising performance trends against recent and year over year time                   periods.

·         Identify new advertising opportunities and create action plans to test new markets.

·         Proficient in optimizing Product List Ads including Product Group structure, negatives,               bidding, titles, descriptions.

·         Experience devising creative remarketing campaigns based on advanced segmentation             and user engagement metrics.

·         Perpetually engage in online advertising best practices.

·         Mentor and lead a small team of PPC professionals.

Job Qualifications

·         BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Computer Science

·         Expert in Google Analytics and Google AdWords with accompanying Google                             Certifications

·         Master level of understanding of paid search and good working knowledge of major social           media channels including Facebook and Twitter, with experience of running paid                         advertising campaigns with these platforms preferable

·         Creative, analytical and driven individual with strong attention to detail

·         Proven PPC and Web Conversion Rate (CRO) success

·         Knowledge of what converts on a landing page and why (A/B Testing and Multivariate                 Testing)

·         Ability to prioritize based on what yields the biggest impact

·         Strong copywriting and grammar skills

·         Advanced working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup), Web Analytics and Bid               Management Tools, including Scripting

·         Ability to work with large data sets in Excel and upload data / content as needed

·         Understanding of HTML, CSS and web standards and potential impact on PPC                         performance

·         5+ years experience in Ecommerce marketing

·         5+ years experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Bing Ads

·         3+ years experience with Google Shopping / PLAs and Remarketing

·         1+ years experience with Facebook Ads, including Dynamic Product Ads

·         Experience with Amazon AMS a plus

Required Qualifications :
