Overview


The Paid Advertising Manager exists to partner with 8-12 clients managing all paid advertising campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social channels. The role acts as the main interface between company and it’s clients. The Paid Advertising Manager’s role is to demonstrate a favorable ROI for their clients and then scale Ad Spend to meet client goals.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, PPC / content network campaigns.

  • Master the language of SEO and apply best practices to ads, marketing pages, landing pages and ad campaigns: organic search, PPC marketing, CTT, CPC, SEM, ROI, etc.

  • Analyze the performance of SEM campaigns and optimize them.

  • Understand and implement online marketing strategy as it relates to social channels like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.

  • Manage recommendations for landing page optimization for the clients key marketing and product pages.

  • Prepare detailed advertising results and strategy recommendation reports.

  • Act as a senior in the Paid Advertising team and supervise Interns and Juniors as appropriate.



Candidate Profile


 


















Education




  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred

  • Google Adwords Certified, or GCP

  • Certifications in search engine marketing



Experience




  • Have managed PPC accounts with an average monthly spend above $20k

  • 2+ years PPC and SEO campaign management experience

  • Agency experience preferred



Skills




  • Expert Proficiency in Google Analytics software

  • Working knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing & Microsoft Advertising adCenter

  • Familiarity with DoubleClick

  • Excellent writing and proofing skills for search engine optimization

  • Basic knowledge of HTML. Design skills a huge plus

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and project management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and G-Suite
