Senior Web Analyst - Adobe Analytics

A fast growing company specializing in providing digital marketing and analytics is seeking a Senior Web Analyst with experience in drawing insights from data and providing actionable recommendations.


·         Using Adobe Analytics, work with data from multiple sources, perform analytics, and draw insights regarding 

          consumer behavior from both online and offline programs

·         Present actionable insights and recommendations to the client, based on data results, in a manner that tells a 

          story, generating quantifiable results and value for the client

·         Proactively foster client relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to the client using an understanding of

          the client’s business and marketing objectives

·         Conduct regular client communication, setting expectations and providing strategic direction based on data 


·         Identify potential issues and provide solutions to correct any deviations from original scope or budget


Required Qualifications :


·         Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred

·         5+ years professional work experience in digital analytics and digital marketing

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience working with clickstream analysis tools: Adobe Analytics is required; 

          Google Analytics is a plus

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a client services organization such as an advertising agency or 

          management consultant firm

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced web analysis methodologies such as deep clickstream 

          analysis, experimentation and testing, personalization, competitive analysis, social analytics, 

          mobile, surveys, etc

·         Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources

·         Passion for digital marketing with a solid understanding of interactive marketing channels (search, online 

          media, website development, etc.) and brand marketing principles

·         Experience with 360 data collection and reporting – campaigns that are both digital and ‘off-line’

·         Experience in creating strategic measurement plans, technical documentation and supporting full

          implementation of analytics tools

·         Experience creating dashboards and reporting with a variety of enterprise tools (Tableau, Klipfolio)

·         Excel skills; familiarity with enterprise analytics data management and data science tools (ex. R, SPSS, 

          BigQuery, Oracle, Tableau)

·         Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques is a plus

·         Excellent verbal, written and data visualization communication skills with experience creating clear, concise 

          and professional documents

·         Ability to travel up to 30% to New York City, New Jersey and/or Philadelphia suburbs
