SUMMARY


The Sr. Adobe Business Analyst will lead in producing and managing client deliverables for multi-channel marketing engagements and be the chief liaison between clients and internal technical teams.


This rolet will provide business analysis across the full marketing life-cycle with responsibility for requirements and functional specifications, SIT and UAT.


Responsibilities


• Responsible for multi-channel marketing communications across Direct Mail, Email, SMS, and Phone


• Utilize Adobe Campaign tool to select targets based on business rules and deliver marketing segments for campaigns


• Coordinate System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and associated test plans, test cases and execution for new and existing implementations 
• Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and understand business and technical language and ideas 
• Lead technical marketing processes including gathering requirements and functional specifications


• Analyze data and marketing results to deliver insight to guide marketing strategy and decisions 
• Serve as a liaison between developers, users, clients and management and IT 
• Strong project management and problem solving skills  
• Lead and coordinate Change Management initiatives 


Required Qualifications :

Technical Requirements  



• Requires 5 years’ experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and tools
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Campaign (Neolane) or UNICA Campaign tool is a must 


• Solid understanding of Database Management and Data Warehouse Systems 
• High proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, etc.)


• Understanding of Email marketing tools and technologies
• Bachelor’s degree
