Job Description :



This role will drive the growth and the expansion of the company’s direct marketing and loyalty programs. Key areas of responsibility are:

-       1 to 1 targeted campaign selection and reporting

-       Marketing analytics and ad hoc analysis

-       Search and web analytics experience


-  Develop customer segmentation and scoring for direct marketing campaigns and report on campaign results

-  Work with Marketing and IT teams to enhance the customer database and usage

-  Support the CRM/Loyalty team through various analytic projects

-  Measure performance of paid search campaigns and identify opportunities to improve targeting, key words and overall ROI

-  Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting on customer data

-  Provide direction and expertise for web analytics processes including search

-  Work with agency partners to optimize and report on  social/search campaign performance

Required Qualifications :


-  3+ years relevant customer analytics experience

-  Hands-on experience working with a large, customer, transactional databases

-  SQL programming ability

-  Experience with a statistical analysis package, such as SAS or R required 

-  Expertise with a campaign management and selection tools

-  Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Google Analytics

-  Experience analyzing SEO/SEM results and recommending enhancements

-  Ability to understand and interpret key search and social digital media metrics

-  Thorough understanding of predictive modeling

-  Familiarity with CRM and 1:1 marketing techniques

-  Excellent project management skills

-  Experience with customer data in a direct marketing or retail environment preferred

-  Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field, such as; math, stat, economics or computer science.
