Summary


This position will manage multiple enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.


Key objective is to improve deployment and sustainability of software and services


Responsibility
• Assist in developing program strategy, supporting business case and enterprise wide, high-level project plans.
• Provide status reporting on project KPIs, schedule, resources, and milestone delivery

• Adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business 
• Enact Scrum values and practices to ensure the correct use of Scrum process
• Communicate with IT and business leadership and Consultants on program strategy, direction, and changes
• Ensure all projects in the portfolio are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements 
• Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers 
• Manage new technical service engineering programs to meet broad service and product objectives
• Monitor adherence to plans, schedules, identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies and solutions
• Coordinate across multiple engineering and development teams as needed

Required Qualifications :

• 5 to 7 years Project Management experience in an Agile environment
• Project Management certification is required
• Requires extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools 
• Experienced Scrum Master who will exhibit agile leadership and a deep understanding of what it means to conduct oneself as a servant leader


• Ability to work between deployment and engineering to ensure requirements and design considerations are incorporated
• Experience and ability to coach individuals in the Agile process and tools
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
