Summary


Use your technical expertise, exceptional communication skills and the desire to learn new tools and skills to provide Technical Support to large business customers in a national market.




Responsibilities


-        4+ years’ experience in tech industry or IT work experience in product engineering, development and support functions


-        provide post-sales technical product support following product roll-out


-        analyze customers’ business needs and develop technical requirements


-        configure integrated solutions to meet customer needs and implementing client solutions


-        serve as a primary point of contact between customer and internal technical staff


-        prepare technical responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs),


-        serve as technical consultant to the sales team

Required Qualifications :

Technical Requirements


-        ability to review Log Files to diagnose issues and develop Root Cause Analysis plans


-        work with Log Files. Basic understanding and use of SQL and Linux


-        broad knowledge of computer environments, platforms and technologies  


-        outstanding communication and customer service skills


-        occasional travel to client sites across the US


-        BS in Computer Science, InfoSys, or related field or equivalent work experience.


Skills and Experience in following areas are a big plus:


-        knowledge of networking


-        experience with Splunk program a big plus to manage Log Files


-        experience with web, mobile or cloud platforms
