Analytics Optimization Manager - Contract
SUMMARY
The Analytics Optimization Manager will manage the site optimization program which includes all A/B, Multivariate and Personalization Testing initiatives to optimize products and enhance the consumer digital experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be the SME for A/B and Multivariate Testing to drive the testing program
· Lead development, implementation, analysis and recommendations for all testing initiatives
· Translate findings/results to management highlighting learnings and actionable insight
· Analyze effectiveness of new product launches, site changes, and other marketing initiatives
· Strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
· Partner with marketing to integrate a personalization strategy in site optimization program
· Develop analytics dashboards to monitor trends in user experience KPI’s
· Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) on test campaigns before Product releases
· Develop tagging strategy for Site Optimization Testing initiatives and product launches
· Quantify successes of the Site Optimization program
REQUIREMENTS
· 5 years’ experience with A/B Testing (e.g. Optimizely/Target), for Web and/or Apps
· Proficiency with Adobe Analytics Platform
· Build, launch, and maintain test campaigns within the Adobe Target platform
· Configure test campaigns to integrate 3rd party data from Audience Manager
· Excellent client relationship management skills
· Experience working under an Agile/Scrum framework
· Excellent written/verbal communication skills
· Experience in UAT for Product and Analytics implementations
· Translate, communicate, and distil metrics into actionable marketing framework
· Functional understanding of JavaScript and ability to read standard HTML code
· Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Experience from a consulting firm or agency
· Proficiency with analyzing large data sets
· Experience with optimizing product pricing through testing
· Strong experience with Audience Manager or other DMP
· Experience with offline/online data integration
