Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist
SUMMARY
Data Engineering & Analytics team is seeking business-savvy, Digital Analytics and Implementation Specialist to join our team as we shift to a new digital platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the implementation and maintenance of client-side data collection tools (Adobe Analytics, Snowplow)
· Manage digital marketing integrations (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
· Develop and maintain strategic analyses, reporting, and presentations
· Identify best-in-class analytics implementation strategies and execute those strategies to meet business needs
· Lead efforts to analyze, document and track requirements tied to web analytics
· Oversee, build, and maintain JavaScript within our tag management system, Adobe Launch
· Work with the digital analytics & marketing teams to determine business analytics requirements and deliver applications and reports to meet those requirements
REQUIREMENTS
· 3+ years of experience in a digital analytics and implementation role
· Hands-on expertise with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
· Deep knowledge of the Adobe stack (Launch, Target, Analytics)
· Deep understanding of how data is used with web technology
· Proficient with JavaScript
· Knowledge of Tag Management software and ability to audit, revise and improve tags
· Strong communications skills and able to consult with non-technical business partners
· eCommerce or retail experience strongly preferred
· Demonstrated ability to solve business problems using analytical methods
· Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Math, Stat, Engineering, Computer Science)
