Digital Marketing Manager
This role will work with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and lead marketing campaigns across all channels with a focus on Digital Acquisitions to drive account growth in the credit card portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate creative development for campaign landing pages, tag integrations, testing, and validation
· Drive execution of acquisition strategies through paid search, display (programmatic)/paid social prospecting and retargeting, and Affiliate campaigns across all channels
· Work with media agency partners to maximize channel performance, drive results, adhere to budget and to develop compelling marketing collateral
· Seek new opportunities to leverage/adopt new technology to further refine audience targeting
· Act as subject matter expert on emerging technologies, targeting strategies, and understanding of competitor strategies within the space
· Develop and execute campaigns with clear success measurements to meet channel objectives
· Manage multiple monthly campaigns at different stages of development
· Adhere to defined approval processes for all creative and marketing materials
REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years credit card marketing experience developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels with emphasis on paid digital
· Expertise developing and implementing acquisition marketing strategies/tactics such as: segmentation and testing, cross-channel campaign development, optimization, results/analysis
· Experience with analytics and reporting to develop enhanced data and reporting capabilities and identify strategies and recommendations for growth and optimization of marketing efforts
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for all levels of management
· Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, demanding environment
· Hi level of expertise with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel
· Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
· Bachelor’s degree – in Marketing/Business Analytics or related field
