Digital Testing & Personalization Manager
Utilize digital A/B testing and personalization optimization strategies to execute and manage testing for campaigns, and provide guidance and recommendations based on user behavior and testing outcomes to business units such as Web Strategy, Brand, Corporate Communications, and Marketing.
· Build, execute and analyze the impact of website tests and personalization campaigns to meet business needs
· Monitor campaign tracking and performance tests, ensuring for clear controls and no site breakages
· Execute pre-launch baseline analysis and impact forecasts for business case development
· Examine engagement metrics and segment performance to optimize performance
· Perform significance and confidence interval analyses
· Work with A/B testing vendor and agencies to ensure best testing & personalization practices are utilized
· Develop and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership
· Analyze post-campaign results and provide post-test insights and recommendations to stakeholders
· Work with designers, developers and stakeholders to optimize digital experiences for prospects and customers
· Present complex information, strategy, and recommendations clearly and succinctly
· 3-5 years B2C marketing experience
· 1-3 years of experience in A/B and multivariate testing, and personalization optimization
· Deep experience in A/B testing and personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.
· Experience with Adobe’s website analytic tools, including Omniture & Adobe Analytics
· Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, etc.
· Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
· Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective business partnerships
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex analytics
· Agile methodology experience a plus
· Tag Management knowledge a plus
