Manager, Web Analytics
Summary
The Manager, Web Analytics supports the ecommerce & marketing teams through the monitoring and analysis of online behavior, traffic and revenue trends. This includes: user behavior, online merchandising and marketing analysis as well as insuring data integrity across the Digital Commerce department to drive business growth and reach sales goals.
Qualified candidates should exhibit a passion for data and analysis and will have digital marketing and analytics experience in a retail brand in-house environment or for a digital agency.
Responsibilities
· Utilize Google Analytics suite of tools deliver merchandise, sales and revenue trend analysis, reporting and KPI enhancements
· Deliver regular reports and metrics to merchandisers on the performance of online categories
· Monitor and analyze online traffic trends and provide forecasting
· Provide Ad-hoc digital web analysis, (i.e. measuring the impact of flash sales, etc.)
· Develop and roll out scorecards for KPI’s on products, campaigns and marketing efforts
· Support A/B & Multivariate testing and Analysis
· Assist in analysis of usability updates to the website
· Website conversion & funnel analysis including areas of website abandonment
· Support email and online marketing teams through tag management
· Support marketing in the analysis of digital customer acquisition efforts
· Manage vendors/partners that provide digital analytics and online customer satisfaction data
· Assist SaaS providers to distribute customer satisfaction information and customer commentary
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience using Google Analytics or similar digital analytics tools
- 4+ years of experience with consumer intelligence – acquisition and loyalty
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing processes, techniques and best practices in retail
- Experience with merchandising analytics processes
- Exposure to Business Intelligence Tools and Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing data and delivering insights and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferences
- Experience in Omni-channel Direct to Consumer Retail Business is highly desired
- Prior experience with CRM systems a plus
