Manager, Web Analytics
Manager, Web Analytics is needed to lead the digital measurement team’s efforts to deliver data-driven insights that improve marketing performance and ROI for multiple clients.
Direct the measurement and analytics for website and digital marketing activities through data analysis and compelling story-telling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In partnership with account teams this role will:
· Establish, implement and execute web measurement strategies and practices across integrated digital paid media campaigns
· Provide strategic approach to measurement to guide web analytics initiatives
· Develop integrated web/paid media reporting and analyses that will measure performance, identify insights and deliver strategic recommendations
· Develop standard and ad-hoc reporting programs and templates
· Develop and present analyses and recommendations to internal and external clients
· Provide leadership to internal teams in areas of measurement and client service
REQUIREMENTS
· Hands-on proficiency with site analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and understanding site tagging processes and tools
· Thorough understanding of online advertising planning, buying and performance metrics across all online channels, (display, native, programmatic).
· Strong knowledge of SEM and paid social campaign measurement
· Strong experience building benchmarks and measuring performance
· Excellent presentation and client facing experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Experience leading delivery teams and strong project leadership skills
· 4+ years of experience in some of the following areas:
- digital/social media marketing strategy
- digital/social analytics
- social listening
- primary/syndicated research
- account management.
· Experience in digital agency environment
