This role will drive strategy and lead marketing activities for Display marketing campaigns that drive acquisition volume and increase brand awareness through prospecting, retargeting, and engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Leverage internal data, channel best practices, and business intelligence to develop and recommend segmentation and targeting strategies

· Ensure display campaigns are developed and executed successfully with a set up that enables sound and clear measurement.

· Manage 3rd party media agency/partners to maximize channel performance to drive results

· Work cross-functionally  with Channel, Brand, Product, Demand Analytics, List, Web Strategy, and Creative teams

· Identify new opportunities to target and leverage technology to enhance audience targeting (such as DMPs and DSPs, behavioral targeting)

· Ensure that product positioning and creative messaging is optimized against best practices

· Optimize budgets across media and display campaigns using attribution

· Provide SME guidance for Display channel keeping up to date on emerging technologies, targeting strategies

· Evaluate new display partners and work with Web Analytics and Info Security/Privacy teams to launch technical requirements tied to initiatives  

· Provide strategic guidelines for all tag integrations, testing, and validation

· Use attribution data to analyze and improve performance on campaigns  

Required Qualifications :


· 4+years of relevant media buying and execution/3rd party management of Display activities

· Demonstrated knowledge in attribution-based analysis and optimization

· Expertise developing and implementing acquisition strategies/tactics, including: segmentation and testing, cross-channel campaign development and optimization  

· Ability to navigate new targeting technologies through risk review process

· Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with peers, leaders and business partners

· Excellent strategic, analytical, communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Financial Services experience, or other heavily-regulated industry experience

· Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Omniture, DMP, DSP, Media Mix Attribution

· Experience working in a digital marketing agency
