Senior Digital Analyst
Summary
The Senior Digital Analyst will provide analysis, implementation, planning, and maintenance for website and app analytics for digital products, and deliver insights to optimize and improve user experience for products, subscription, apps, and websites.
Responsibilities
· Provide analytical support to evaluate performance of digital marketing programs and products
· Lead site wide testing efforts for the B2C site, the subscription site and the content site
· Provide key business insights based on customer trends, with a focus on subscriber activity on web and in apps
· Assist with tags and tracking parameters for test implementations for web, mobile, and email working with business teams and web developers
· Work with channel leads in areas of optimization and testing to improve campaign performance
· Deliver analysis and insight to strengthen the design of digital services and user experiences
· Analyze and present data and metrics to support insights and to set targets for KPIs
· Identify gaps in the data capture strategy and implement enhancements
· Work closely with members of the Marketing, Technical Services, Product Development and Website Technology teams
· Contribute to new feature and test ideas, leading new initiatives, and responding to changes in the market.
Qualifications
· 4+ years of experience in Web Analytics and digital media analytics
· Experience with online or app-based digital sales in an e-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer marketing environment
· Expertise in Adobe Analytics products, (Site Catalyst, Report Builder, Adobe Workspaces)
· Proven analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights
· Experience with a tag management solution (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten)
· Ability to define and develop test plans with tagging methodology
· Prior experience with online testing tools (Adobe Target, Google, Optimizely)
· Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
· Knowledge of BI tools: Excel, PowerBI or Tableau to visualize and present data insights
· Experience evaluating site performance and user experience with key indicators
· Experienced with MS Excel and PowerPoint
· Able to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to senior management, as well as offering potential solutions
· Strong communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
Preferred Qualifications
· Proficiency in data management and database analysis using SQL
· Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS
· Proficiency in statistical software - R/Python
· Prior experience with Google Analytics
