Sr Web Analytics Manager
SUMMARY
Provide Web Analytics expertise across the organization by delivering insights based on analysis and trending of web analytics and site data. Leverage analytics to enhance a holistic customer experience on the site. Design strategies based on data analysis and marketing trends and identify gaps in the data capture strategy and implement enhancements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as subject matter expert in all aspects of web analytics
· Provide analysis of web traffic and processes including affiliate sites
· Determine data to be captured and identify potential new data sources
· Develop a flexible suite of reports that meets the various business units’ needs
· Implement and automate reports, dashboards, KPIs, etc.
· Present analysis, recommendations and strategies to clients and sr. management
REQUIREMENTS
· 6+ years’ experience in a quantitative marketing role
· 4 years’ experience with web analytics tools and processes
· Extensive hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics Suite
· Experience in pathing analysis, user behavior, waterfall/fallout analysis
· Knowledge in site QA and site testing and CX tools, (Sprinklr, Qualtrics, etc.)
· Strong knowledge of tagging requirements, tag management tools
· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong project managements skills and understanding of Agile development principles
· BS in quantitative or business-related field
PREFERRED SKILLS
· SAS / SQL knowledge
· Knowledge of Tag Management tools, e.g. Tealium or Adobe Launch
